What is his occupation? Completed

I would appreciate it if someone would have a look at a 1901 census return, please.
RG13/4249/33/17 is the reference.
The man's name is Victor Rodgers but it has been mistranscribed as Delor Rodgers.
In 1891 he is still single and is a butcher, but I cannot make that out on the 1901.
