I know this is a long shot but hopeing some one could help
Looking for a Frank Bentley Born Australia 1878 Father John Bentley Ship Master ( that is all I know sorry )
Had that info from 1901 Wales Census Frank was A Boarder in Myrther Tydfil he Married Ann Elizabeth Brown later that year in 1901
Any help would be apreciated

I have searched Victoria, South Australia, Tasmanian, NSW, Qld and WA births for 1877-79 and no Fr*  BENTLEY with father John.

Perhaps someone else may be more successful with searching.

Perhaps he was born at sea :-\

IGI have a Francis Bentley born Echuca (Vic) 1882 but father Walter so I don't think it's him.  Also it's a submitted record so not reliable. Echuca is about 200 miles north of Melbourne and the sea!   Cando may find a bit more about this fellow.   ???
