Yes I am.
I've just tried to log in but it rejected me, so, thinking I had got my password wrong I asked for a reminder. Now it doesn't recognise my email address I know I'm using the right one!

There is a problem, I was on earlier, hadn't logged out nor turned my computer off .. but the same is happening to me .. ?

I'm logged in and active, have been for a few hrs.

and yes, have more than one backup

Same problem here too - just keeps sending me back to log in page!!!!!!!!!

Hi All

I have the same problem. I normally access Ancestry via Family Tree Maker and don't have to put in my username and password. Today it is asking for log in details and when I put it in it just goes to home page but doesn't recognise me.

I'm just glad it is not only me!!!
