Marriage Lookup please

After so much confusion with some of my very early notes, I am now in search for the marriage Of  Beatrice BAKER or FINCHAM to HEALY , Possibly Ontario. I am not 100% sure of dates but feel its between 1900-1950, they had a child Ross Edward Healy....
I know its not alot but am unsure of where to search in Canadain records..
