Phthisis Pulmonatis, 10 months, as certified by ?? Lorimer, MD, who saw deceased May 21st.

This is commonly known as Tuberculosis or consumption and was very common cause of death. My grandma died of it in 1910.

I thonk we are both wrong on the second part of the cause - I just looked it up (via clever Mr Google) and it should be Pulmonalis.
