I am researching family names of Bromfield/Chapman Lincolnshire Area Sotby, East & West Torrington, Yarburgh, South Somercotes. Nth Ormsby.

I have a Stephen Bromfield b. 1850,  Southampton, parents Henry Bromfield / Eleanor Gray. The Lincolnshire connection is that he married Sarah Ann Pearson ( my line ) b. 1862  Freiston. In 1883 he was a witness at the marriage of William Pearson brother of Sarah Ann, also from Freiston. Any connection ?
Pearson, Atherton, Joys,Webster, Cooling, Milner, Crowther, Bonsell, Taylor, and  a lot more

Hi,
Just noted your posting for STEPHEN BROMFIELD, I do have a STEPHEN BROMFIELD on my side, but he is from North Somercotes, also I have a Henry Chapman he went to Canada, the ones you are talking about I really don't know at this stage, but will keep it checked, please feel free to keep in touch if you find out more, I know there is still BROMFIELDS around North Somercotes. I think most of my BROMFIELDS came from around that area.

Hi. Not sure if anyone is still posting on this but I'm doing some family research for a friend. We are looking for a James Pearson who was born about 1877 in Stockton on Tees. His father was William Pearson who we think died in 1880 but don't know anything about him. From other family info, we are wondering if James is the James Bromfield with Stephen Bromfield and Sarah (Pearson) in the 1891 census. Any info would be much appreciated about this Pearson family.
