Help need with berth certs

I have two origanal birth certs one for a mother one for her son with confusing info

Mothers

26/6/1873 Jemima[ father] Samuel Spencer  coal miner mother Sarah Spencer formally Jones  Glanydon Holeywell

sons
8/6/1898 Flymogyioys Llanasa ? Alfred Gwynfred[ father] William Francis [butcher ] mother Jemima Francis formally Jones Flmogioys Llanasa

I cant find her before her marriage march 1891 in Durham They moved back to Wales after their marriage the oldest Thomas William Francis  born Hollywell 1893 by 1906 they were back in Durham

1871 census Whitford Flint
Sarah Jones widow age 36 Pauper b Holywell
Thomas son age 7 b Whitford

I am wondering if the above Sarah was already pregnant with Jemima when she married Samuel Spencer in 1872 did at some point Sarah tell Jemima that Samuel was not her father and thats why Jemima stated she was formally Jones on all her children's birth certs .I have tried to find the first marriage for Sarah Jones but there is just to many can anyone find Sarah and her first husband in 1861 .I know its all very confusing
