BT Yahoo mail login

Hi I hope someone can please help,

 
Every time I close down a browser, Firefox, I.E. etc I lose the email addresses on the Bt Yahoo
login page that save you typing them in everytime.
Then you have to go to my account and tick the box Include all Sub-Accounts on the Sign In page for this computer, but as soon as you close the browsers it gone again.
I have checked that clear history when Firefox closes is not ticked any other ideas ?

Using Firefox 3.5 and windows xp

also check that cookies and passwords arent being cleared ?

Thanks past Master for reply, clear cookies and passwords are not ticked, it happens on other
browsers as well not just Firefox, it used to work ok until a few weeks ago.
