Help with deciphering Will of Mary Kimber

I would really appreciate any help in reading these 2 wills for Mary Kimber.

The other one is 700kb and will not upload so help with this would also be great.

Think it goes:

This is the last will and testament of Mary Kimber of Croydon in the
county of Surrey Widow I give to Jane Shaw the wife of John Shaw
of Croydon aforesaid Butcher the sum of twenty pounds.  I give to
James Constable of Croydon aforesaid Milkman the sum of ten
Pounds and I give to his children all my wearing apparel to be
delivered and distributed among them as such times and manner
as to my Executors shall seem most expedient and subject to the payment
of the above Legacies and of my just debts and funeral and Testamentary
Expenses I give devise and bequeath all my Messuages or
Tenements and Real Estate in Croydon aforesaid and elsewhere and
all the residue and remainder of my personal Estate unto Patience Ann
Winstanley daughter of James Junes of Croydon and to her heirs Executors
admins and Assigns forever.  I appoint John William Winstanley of
Croydon aforesaid Gentleman and the abovenamed James Junes Broker
Executors of this my last will and testament In Witness whereof I have
hereunto set my hand and seal this Twelfth day of January one
Thousand Eight hundred and thirteen Mary Kimber Signed
sealed published and declared by the Testatrix Mary Kimber as and for
her last will and testament in the presence of us who at her request
in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto
subscribed our names as Witnesses thereto Willm Meager Thos
