I may be able to help if you can give me a little bit more information eg. who were Edward's parents? Some of our Handleys were very much in that area, but I don't know, as yet, of an Edward. Did he and Mary have any children? Did they eventually live at Shrawley, near Worcester? That would help too. Regards. John CH.

i have very limited information about the family

edward handley married mary taylor feb 1805

had son john handley born hereford 1819 married sarah watkins 1843 registered in worcester

they had son john handley born worcester 1844 married mary barnes in 1873 st michaek bedwardine church worcester

their son percy handley was born in kings norton 1876 birmingham where he married maryhughes

therest of the line was based in birmingham till the 1920 when they moved to derbyshire

if any link i would be very grateful to hear about

I'm sorry Phillip. These are nothing to do with our branch of the family.
I think that they may be to do with the Bromyard, Hfds. [much nearer to Worcester] Handleys who are a different unconnected lot from ours. The two branches have not a single person that interconnects them.

 I'm looking for any information on a family member Arthur Handley born 1884 and died in 1966 he was living in penn near Wolverhampton. i  am looking to find out what he did in world war 1 and his rank if any when his occupation was given as a ostler together with any photographs.
He was the brother of my Grand Father George William Handley

I am looking for any information on Arthur Handley DoB 1885 DoD 1966 in Penn just out side of Wolverhampton. I particularly want any photographs of him or his wife Annie as i have no details on the both of them and only discovered their names when going through some old books belonging to my late uncle.
