Johnson lookup 1871 Liverpool

Trying to trace my great grandparents in the 1871 census. They were married in 1868 in liverpool, at St Nicholas church. There names were Peter johnson, Occupation Mariner born 1844 Copenghagen, and Mary ann Johnson (nee Bamber) born 1846 in Prescot Liverpool.  I have their whereabouts in the 1881 and 1891 census but not this earlier one.  Can anyone please help?

Are you sure they married in 1868? Because I have found your Peter as an unmarried boarder in 1871in Sunderland

Living Upper Pitt St, Liverpool

Quick tip - if you post all information from 1881 it makes it easier to find them. Mary Bamber was the only clue ;)
