1881 census is this the same person

Hi All
will you take a look at these two entries and tell me is it the same family on both

Trinity Street Hartlepool Durham

Anne Wright  head   female age 40 [BS] Poland  laundress
Martin Lilley  lodger  male    age 50   Enniskillen Ireland  traveller
James Lilley  lodger  male   age 20    darlington Durham traveller
John T sewell lodger age 25   Hartlepool Durham coal  merchant

27-29 George Street Gateshead Durham
Martin Lilley  head age 51 b Ireland   traveller
Sussanah Lilley wife age 45  b Birson Devon
John R Lilley son  age 25  b Bishop Aukland  railway lab.
James Lilley son age 21  b darlington   Traveller
Martin Lilley son age 19 b.Durham painter
Sussanah Lilley daughter age 15 servant

there are other children but its Martin and James are they the same as the two lodgers on the first one as you can see the first one gives Enniskillen

Looks like the same people.  The answer probably is that they "travelled" between both addresses, so whichever household they weren't in at the time put them down on the census anyway.
Godden in East Sussex, mainly Hastings area.
Richards in Lea, Gloucestershire, then London.
Williamson in Leith, Vickers in Nottingham.
Webb in Bildeston and Colchester.
Wesbroom in Kirby le Soken.
Ellington in Harwich.
Park, Palmer, Segar and Peartree in Kersey.

thanks for taking a look it was important to clarify that it was the same Martin has all the census info in the past have just give place of birth as Ireland and this one said Enniskillen so narrows the search big place Ireland when your looking for a needle in a haystack

Needless to say, they SHOULDN'T be the same people, as they couldn't have been in two places on the same night.  But it does look convincing that the older Susannah filled in the form for her absent husband and, in error, filled in all those who were normally resident, rather than only those actually resident on census night.
