The Rutland magazine - COMPLETED

Due to copyright laws varying between countries, there is a book on Google books that I can not view.

Could someone please look it up and let me know what it says about Ralph HOTCHKIN.

If I search Google books for "interred the remains of Ralph Hotchkin" I get a book "The Rutland magazine and country historical record", 1906 by George Phillips.

All I see is;

Could someone please help me with the additional information?
