My Granfather was born here 26 May 1918 George Albert Williams. His Mother was Annie Williams a Tram Conductress. Father Unknown. He was put up in an orphanage a few years after his birth and then sent to lancashire to a cottage home. Could someone tell me who I would contact or how I can find out where my grandad went and how to find out information on Annie Williams.
