Occupation, Can't read it, can you ?

This is the occupation of Howell Wellington Jelfs, Lock house, Keynsham.
but I have no idea what it says,
possibly 'agent to the....?'

I think it's the name of a company, Andria.  The last word is Company - possibly Ribus Arow - or something along those lines.

Maybe a trawl through a trade directory will make things clearer.

On the earlier census(1841) he is an 'agent'
and unfortunatly he dies in 1856 so no more clues there.
I wonder what an agent for a river company is ?

A River, or Canal Agent was in charge of the clerical and manual staff at a depot on a river/canal and acted as a representitive of the company over a specified area around the depot. He was responsible for supervising the receipt of merchandise at the warehouse, and its despatch by river/canal. He supervised the discharge of incoming boats, and the despatch of the cargoes by road or rail,  to consignees, collecting freight charges etc. and sent the sums collected to the company's head office.
