Louisa's father is given as David Evans (deceased) labourer and she lived at South Street Pembroke Docks.
Given that it can be acertained as best as possible that Louisa was born in 1852, and there is only one GRO entry for the year for this area, then a punt on the certificate of Louisa Evans Pembroke Reg District Vol 11a Page 561 will probably be the only way forward.
Research suggests she was either not baptismed or that she was admitted non-conformist, in either case it is doubtfull that an entry will be found for her with her father.
There is one option left ~ a David Evans mrd in the Pembroke Reg District (poss P.D. St John I will check) in the 3rd qtr 1852, which leaves the way open that Louisa was a natural child not born with the surname Evans but took his surname after her mothers mrge to David  (vy common occurance), this would of course negate the above birth of Louisa Evans. Take a pin close your eyes and make a choice !!
The more lightly event is that your David Evans mrd in the 4th Qtr of 1846 in the Pembroke Reg Dist. From my parish register transcriptions, I can confirm this mrge did not take place at Pembroke St Mary or Pembroke St Michael so will check P.D. St John.
I know this sounds all rather speculative, lets hope the parish/chapel registers reveal something more.

Hi

I did reply to your e-mail about the  jpeg of the grave of Matthew & Louisa's grave but the site would not let me put my e-mail address in.   But I would like it, but do not know how to  let you have my e-mail address.

I now have Matthew and Louisa's marriage certificate and Louise's father (deceased at the time of the marriage is given as David Evans.  The witness's are Richard George and Martha Anne Vaughan.

Whilst at the Record Office today I searched for the obit's of Matthew and Louisa, alas as I suspected nothing found.
As to the Mrge of David Evans 1846 and 1852. The mrge registers of Pembroke Dock St John only start in 1848, prior to this date Pembroke Dock residents would have been mrd at Pembroke Town St Mary. I have checked my transcripts of both St Mary and St Michael and no David is listed.
Alas there is no David Evans listed as mrd at Pembroke Dock St John in 1852, so can not be of any further assistance on that point.

Hi Sue
I know this is a very old thread - I just stumbled on it whilst doing some research!
Mathew and Louisa are my great grandparents and my Dad had some research that I have inherited.
Please let me know if you’re still researching and we could compare notes!
Best regards
Simon

Hi Simon

Sorry its been so long in replying.  My Great Grandparents were Louisa (nee Evans) and Matthew George.  My mothers mother was their daughter daughter Alice who married Edward Udall. I do not know much about the George family, except my mother did spend some time in Pembroke Docks where she went to school with her sisters.
I would be delighted to know more about the family.

Hi Susan
My turn to apologise for the slow reply!
I haven’t had much time to look into things but I did locate my Grandads birth certificate. He was Arthur George, born 1885 to Matthew George and Louisa George (formerly Evans), so Alice would be his sister. The address is 30 Front Street, Pembroke Dock. Matthews profession is Shipwright, Dockyard.
Arthur eventually moved to North Shields before settling in Liverpool, where he died in 1950. Somewhere I have some census info relating to Matthew & Louisa so I will dig this out and let you know. It’s nice to find some new relations!
Best regards
Simon
