Here's a possible:

1901 census RG13 4747 fol.68 p.49
Dees Square, Heworth, Windy Nook, Gateshead
SMITH
Jacob  head mar 47 Coal Miner Labourer   Ox Close Durham
Jane   wife     "    48                             Newbottle Durham
Jacob  son  unm 19  Coal Miner Labourer   Usworth Durham
Jane    dau            6                               Haswell, Durham
Thomas son        12                               Mount, Durham

1911 census index shows Jacob with parents in Gateshead, have you looked at that image to see if it's him and if he's married?  He could be visiting them, Ann could be away or in hospital and so son Lionel is with grandparents.  Is he with Ann's parents in Blyth, if so, what are their first names?

I found an Annie Glenville in 1901 indexed as aged 13 but is actually 18 on the image, a general servant domestic in Newcastle born North Shields, Northumberland, in the household of John Wilson  RG13/4779 folio 114 p.38

birth registration Sep 1883 Tynemouth    10b   196
GLENVILLE    Ann Eliza

Found her in the 1911 index   :)

Annie Smith age 27 (b.c1884) Tynemouth and in same household is William Glenville aged 26

You will need to see the image to see their relationship and if she is married.  Perhaps she's just visiting, maybe he is her brother.
