Welcome to RootsChat
CelticMon who started this thread makes no mention of Thomas Cullen.
Alphieboy mentions him but it's not clear why.

Westown, Garrarus and Cullencastle are all townlands outside Tramore.
Cullencastle has the ruins of an old castle.
This is the marriage of Richard Cullen (Collins)and Catherine Power. 1866
https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/marriage_returns/marriages_1866/11546/8247274.pdf

Edited.
I had messed up and posted the wrong Cullen Roche marriage.
I don't see the correct one on a quick search, perhaps before civil registration began.

If I'm correct in thinking Michael and Margaret married before 1864 than you need church records.
The free online parish records for Tramore only go to 1840
https://registers.nli.ie/parishes/1122
which I suspect is too early for their marriage. If Margaret was from a neighbouring parish their marriage may be found there as marriages usually happen in the brides parish, if not Waterford Heritage does have more extensive transcribed records
see here
https://www.johngrenham.com/records/rc_church.php?churchid=1122&parish=Tramore
but it is a subscription site.

Thank you so much for the links. I appreciate that. Michael Cullen & Margaret Roche were married 9 April 1861 at Dunhill & Fenor, Waterford, Ireland. They have 3 children that I know of. Thomas Cullen, Mary Cullen & my great great grandmother Bridget Mary Cullen who married John Hurley.  I am told they had more children but i cannot locate the births. This family has been difficult to track. I did find the marriage of Michael Cullen & Margaret Roche on Roots Ireland. I had a one month subscription but it expired. Im on a limited income so i have had limited access. I have no been able to track down any living relatives either. I dont know if the church has someone who can help me.
