I am very confused with all these areas in Cheshire!  I have

George (R) Cooke 1891 RG12 2850   59   13 states born Odd Rode Cheshire

                             1881 RG11  3542  133  40 states born Hall Green Cheshire

Apparently part of the hamlet of Hall Green is in the township of Odd Rode  - see http://www.odd-rode.org.uk/

Odd Rode is just north of Stoke-on-Trent, and Monks Coppenhall is Crewe, about 15 miles away to the north west.
