Hi Suzy

How do I send a PM (private email?) - sorry, new to this.

I have a little bit of info about Beadon and Lavinia here in NZ - I wonder if our info is the same? Look forward to sharing with you.

Fiona.

seems to be few Beadons. the criminal records on ancestry have Beadon Davey,  age 15. trial date 15th oct, 1844 acquittal. and Beadon Davey trial date 6th jan, 1857, imprisonment. [ just deleted my  duplicate posting]
Suzy W Am in the process of doing a family tree on the Davey Family and i have managed to go back as far Edward Davey from Lilstock who was married to Mary Coles.  Edward Davey died in 1863 and is buried at St George Dunster.. I have the children listed as Henry who is my father descendant. Charles Isacc and Mary with Edward so was it confirmed that Mary had another child?  Many Thanks Laura

Hi Geoff

The only parents I have found for William Thorne is a possible match is Rodger and Mary Thorne.  William later married a Elizabeth? and lived in London with his wife and two daughters.

Mary and Edward Davey had five known children, Charles, Issac, Henry, Mary Ann and Elis.  There is also a daughter born to Mary after the death of Edward Davey Anabella (father unknown).

I have a bit on James Beadon Davey, he certainly got himself in a bit of bother in NZ.

Regards

Thanks Suzy,
We have a lot of info regarding Beadon and a bit on Henry but not much on the other siblings. James did find himself infront of the courts a few times on both sides of the law,but for nothing serious though. A fewd with his brother inlaw accounted for some of these, stone throwing incident was at his niece and then brother in law charged with chasing him with a revolver threatning to shoot him. Do you have any death records/notice for Edward or Mary, an earlier poster (LDavey)had Edward dying in 1863 and buried at St George Dunster but that would seem about 40yrs to late given he died before Beadons birth

HI

I noticed there is another relative of Beadon Davey looking for information on the family :))

I found out some information from another family member of Beadon Davey that Edward Davey died 1823 aged 43 he was born 1779 in dodington he was a son of Richard Davey and Sarah Davey (Villis)

On Anabella Davey marriage papers she married a man named William Modley and it was written that her fathers name was John Burton.

Hope this all ties up

No record of Mary Coles death as yet how fustrating.

Thanks Laura  :)
