Hi,

I use my library card which enables me to view the 19c Newspapers online.   I have searched between 1831 and 1841 but at the moment I am not getting any hits at all.

There are subscription sites like Find My Past and The British Newspaper Archive. The BNA does have a free search, but I still can`t see anything.

I have also tried LANCAT which is the online search for Lancashire Archives, but I can`t see any filiation orders which name the mother and father and sometimes the name of the child in question.

Mo
