Please give us some idea of dates to make it easier to help you. Also, it would be nice if you could tell us where you've already looked for information so we don't suggest sources that you've already checked.
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!

There is a Twigge headstone in Carlingford Cemetery. See Journal of the County Louth Archaeological & Historical Society 1978. Names:  Twigge Elizabeth, Margaret, Revd. Paul, Roger, Lieut Roger.

Sorry, don't have access to the Journal at the moment, but can look it up at a later date.

Further to my posting above:
Carlingford Cemetery: TWIGGE Underneath this stone are deposited The Remains of Lieut Roger Twigge of His Majesties 8th Reg Son of the late Reverend Paul Twigge 33(?) years Rector of this Parish. He died on the 25th August 1818 in the 82 ..... year of his age Beloved Honored Lamented. Also Elizabeth Twigge his Wife who departed this life on the 19th of May 1828 Ages 74 (?) and of their children Margaret Aged 12 and of Roger Aged 7 years.

from Canon Leslie's "Armagh Clergy": Parlingford Parish 1740 Paul Twigge, collated July 28; TCD BA 1721; MA 1724; was minor Canon of St. Patrick's, Dublin in 1731; Vicar Donaghmore (Dromore) 1734-40; Married Hannah Tuthill of Donnybrook 1733 (marriage licence dated 2 Dec.); died in 1777
Louth: Hall, Kindlon, Hughes, McAuley, Cumiskey
