This site with the names slightly different gives the owner as Henry Cowen
says
111 Grafton St opened after 1911, closed before 1924
46 Harrington St. same dates
6 Nth. Earl St opened by 1924 to replace building destroyed in 1916
http://www.irisharchaeology.info/genealogy/photographers.html

46 Harrington St and 39 Mary Street mentioned in this 1916 claim

Looking at the original images his address is 111 Grafton st. not 11.

I have just found an old photo which I am fairly sure was taken in 1914.  On the back, it is typical Post Card type.   It does say, The Franco Art Studios, 111 Grafton St, 39 Mary St, 85 Talbot St, & 46 Harrington St.   This seems in line with other estimated dates and locations at that time.  The only difference I note with mine is the name Franco Art Studios, rather than Franco Portrait Studio.

I would like to find out the names of the people in this photo which has on the back:
The Franco Art Studios
111 Grafton St, 85 Talbot St, 89 Mary St & 46 Harrington St, Dublin.
Copies and enlargements can always be obtained

I wonder where all the old photo plates ended up? And if they had any books or records of customers? Did anyone ever find out anything on this?
