Unable to acess Help/Surnames/Library/Shop COMPLETED

Internet Explorer; same as on old laptop.  I've got the whole family on the case at the moment!

I wonder whether this is to do with the changes introduced on Roots chat last week? When did you get the new computer?

I have just clicked on 'Help' and it ain't there so it isn't your fault. Surnames, Library and Shop are all working so give them another go and tell us exactly what happens when you do that.

Just tried them all, with the obvious exception of "logout" All working OK for me. Using IE7

I can get in from the front page of RootsChat but this is what I get when clicking on Help from within "technical help":
As you see, the path is wrong.

Hi all,

I got the laptop last week, brand new with Windows 7.   When I try to acess the buttons listed.........nothing......no click.

At least I can access Rootschat
