Yes, Windows 7 does look good, but in view of this and a few other problems that I am aware of (not on Rootschat) I shall wait now and let things settle down somewhat before I take the plunge. It's quite a leap from XP, but then, not as far as the one I made from W98 to XP!

Those options all open a new window rather than navigate to a new page.   I wonder whether it is something like needing to allow popups.   Do you see a yellow bar with a message appear when you try to access Help/Library/Shop ?

Nothing at all happens when I try to access.............not even a "click" !

I have just clicked on 'Help' and it ain't there so it isn't your fault.

I've fixed the help button now, so hopefully that will work

If you hover the mouse pointer over the help button, what do you see as the address in the bottom-left of your internet browser?
