SIT: "too many PM messages????" COMPLETED WITH THANKS!

Hello all, I discovered a person on the SIT who may share an ancestor with me...I note that the person has never made a posting since joining Rootschat some several years ago...nevertheless, I tried to send them a PM and I got a red warning stating that the PM message box was filled.......QUESTION: is that MY PM box or theirs?? Sorry to be so thick but I have never seen this message before and have sent other PMs      Thank you!    Pat

Hello Pauline...THANK YOU so much for that information.  BTW, just out of curiosity, how many PMs are allowed in one's mail box??   Pat

It's probably not that they've too many PMs but that they haven't made enough posts to use PM system.
It's mentioned in Help pages under Personal Messages-
"If you are sending PMs to new members who have less than three posts you will receive an error message, that your limit, or allowed number has been reached. (note that it says your limit, although it actually refers to the recipient.) "
