Buildings & Roads of Berkshire

I wondered if anyone could help me by either posting a question or putting me in touch with a local historian, my question is as follows, My 7xGGrandfather Thomas Heath Lived at Kings Farm in Ewelme Oxfordshire formally Berkshire, I have a copy of his will he wrote just before he died in 1797 it mentions "Widow" Kings Farm and also other buildings he owned in "Warrens Bottom" "Pipers Hill" "Oafington Way" and a few other places which i cant read because of the way in which it is written, i have searched high and low for these places but to no avail, and wondered if any one else had herd of them.
any response would be welcomed.
