My SIMPSON brick wall
« on: Saturday 28 November 09 05:15 GMT (UK) »
I have William Simpson who married Lucy Memory (Membrey)on the  19th September 1840 at St. Pauls Nottingham his father is shown as William Simpson (Bleacher). On the 1841 census he shows his birth place as Nottingham, on all the rest he shows his birthplace as Whitechapel London & his birth year as abt 1821. I am having no luck with finding his birth. The Family seems to have been in Nottingham all the time. Has anyone any ideas on how I might find him. If anyone has access to the Banns of the Church. I would appreciate any help with this very solid brick wall.Thank you. Norma In Australia
