Ancestry.ca has the Canadian Passenger Lists indexed, it's a pay site.

www.ancestorsonboard.com is another pay site that you can search by name.

Nanimo Family History Society has been transcribing the passenger lists for free at http://members.shaw.ca/nanaimo.fhs/

On LAC the do have the passenger lists of arrivals into Quebec City indexed by name http://www.rootschat.com/links/07kn/
