help deciphering addresses pls

Can anyone make out the 2 addresses given on this marriage cert please  :)

4 Moreland Cottages and 5 Moreland Place- but have no idea what it says they are 'off'

It would help of course to know where this was  :D

Is it in Wales?

Oh yeah  :-[ if I'd read the cert more clearly I would have seen the word DUBLIN lol  ;D
