« on: Monday 28 December 09 16:47 GMT (UK) »
Hi everyone,

Can anyone make out the second place name? It appears on a 1959 death certificate. The women in question was South African-born (with Scottish parents) and travelled between the two, so could be either or anywhere else. ;D

I've just googled Largs. It's about 14 miles down the coast from Greenock.

Hi everyone,

Sorry for my late response.

Terrace looks very likely, and that address looks promising Nell. 8)

I'm still a tad confused over the last word of the column but I think Nell may have it with that address.

Thanks again everyone!
