Hi Thankyou for finding Lisnaclay for me, few more questions if I may, is this what would be known as a townland, and is it still there, another quest, do you know of a carna muchall, I wondered if this was the carrricknagore on the map, reason being my ancestor Michael McGinnis, was born here, and he married a girl called mary maguire from lisnaclay, it seems quite near, am I right, the spelling is probably wong, but it is from the poor law  in Glasgow, and most likely Michael didn't know how to spell it, thanks again

Hi, Thankyou for you for looking for me, I think it may be carricknamoghill, it kind of sounds like it, I will pursue this one, once again is this townland still inhabited?

Lisnaclay is not an official townland - it may be in Killybegs

Here is link for 1911 Carricknamoghill census

Hi, Thanks for your searches, I have visited Killybegs twice, but I must have been asking the wrong people, because know one seemed to know where Lisnaclay or carricknamohill was, but my great aunt remembers, as a young woman, going from Killybegs into the mountains, as she called them, so perhaps this is where I should be searaching next, thanks again, and if I can help with anything in Glasgow at anytime, please let me know

There's a Lisnaclay cottage listed here- perhaps the owner will be able to pinpoint a location for you or suggest where to look next-

There's also another entry in phone book for Lisnaclay-
