About two months ago I signed up for a shortterm membership on the subscription site Obbie was asking about and then immediately cancelled after I accessed the site's database.   There did not seem to be any actual records of value --- to my search, anyway.  Someone else might have an entirely different experience,  of course.

lisa and lissam , hi and big thanks for replys , upon looking at site my personal opinion is its a load of cods wallop and would not recommend it , however i will get some use of it for the 1930 censuses . its very misleading it makes you think theres birth records there which there most certainly isnt .

ive spent a fortune on irish english australian certs and this is only a wee nible to subs for sites . as a newbee to USA genealogy im still wee bit out of my depth , it would make things so much easier if there was a BMD index , ah well .

ive 4 births and a marriage over 10 year period 1861 - 71 . ive only pas name mas first name and one birth date . thanks again

It looks like this site has a 7 day free trial, so it seems that cancelling within that time is possible.

I'm intrigued by the Ohio marriage, divorce, and death records they have on there, as I haven't seen marriage/divorce records from there online and haven't seen actual death records from that time period.  Does anyone know if there is any actual information for these on there or does it just give you the option to order them?
