Last week I found some more information about Richard's siblings etc.

Baptism:Hannah, 22 Jul 1772,
Burial: Harriet? 26 July 1772

Baptism: Amelia, 07 Aug 1774
Burial: Aug 11 1774

Baptism: Willis, 15 Dec 1776
Burial: William? Dec 19 1776

I looked at the original Parish Records for Moulton.

just to say thankyou to everyone who has helped me on this, i think it is time to come to a stop as i cant find richards children so that is the end of the road for this one, thankyou again take care everyone. karen

I thought you knew Richard's children, as they were named in his will. Just because you can't find their baptisms doesn't mean that they didn't exist or that you can't research who they married, who their children were etc.

thats true yes its just annoying when you cant find a birth isnt it. how did u know about his will????how do i see that??

Sorry. I was speaking from memory that you'd posted a list of his children's names. I thought it was from his will. It wasn't, it was from something you'd found after Kezia's death listing her four sons.

But Richard probably did leave a will. Try contacting BLARS to see if they hold a copy. If not try the records office of the county in which he died.

But as you have their names why don't you research them to see what you can find. They may have still been alive when censuses started in 1841
