You might find this site useful for finding townlands, parishes, etc. (Poor Law Union usually corresponds to civil registration district)-
www.thecore.com/seanruad (be sure to change default setting from 'exact match' to search for part of a word).

I don't think that johnros is a new member but perhaps a new user name ???
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!

The map on page 8 shows the Registrar’s Districts in each Poor Law Union.
