We know he came from Impington and was the son of Joseph but I can't see such a pair in 1841 tho Joseph senior could have died by then.

If we could find parents marriage he might have been with his mother in 1841.

Hmmm no luck I'm afraid.  Maybe he was just living Impington at the time of his marriage and wasn't born there.  There aren't many likely candidates for him are there

There are no Nunn baptisms in Impington on the IGI, and only one Nunn burial in Impington - Hannah aged 44 on 7 July 1847. But I can't see her in 1841.

Perhaps you need to look in Australia where death certificates seem to provide a mine of information including mother's maiden name
