can't find a birth - help please

I have found my gt gran annie jennings on the 1891 and 1901 census. She was born in c1885 in Newbury, Berkshire. On one of the censuses it says she's from Thatcham, but it's the same area.

Anyway, I have looked on BMD and cannot find a birth entry for her. As far as I am aware she didn't have a middle name, but i only seem to find annie's which do have one.

I really wanted to get her birth certificate because it's taken me 3 years to find her, but i don't think i will now if i can't be 100% sure which one she is.

She might have been known as Annie, but her birth was registered as Ann or Anne.

There is a Sarah Ann JENNINGS registered Mar qtr 1886 at Newbury.
