Clucas family
« on: Sunday 24 January 10 00:08 GMT (UK) »
I am still wondering if I have any relatives left on the island. My great grandmother was Jane Clucas born 1846. She had a brother John Lewin Clucas 1849 and sisters Eleanor Clucas 1851 and Frances 1855. Their parents were John Clucas 1819 - 1893 and Frances Lewin 1824 - ? I believe there are Quilliams and Craines further back and if my tracing can be trusted there may be a Halsall and a Corkhill about three generations before John and Frances. I'd love to hear from anyone with links.

IOM bmd indexes are online. Have you used those?

Good day, I am looking for information on a Jane Clucas, born 1839, who married Thomas Varley in 1860 in Braddan. Jane was my great great grandmother. Specifically I would like to know who Jane’s parents were and birth/ death dates?

Thank you
Luke Perkins
