Could be Annie Maria in 1911 census (although age a bit off)- husband not listed with family so perhaps on his ship- note son named Charles:
http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1911/Down/Pottinger__part_of_/Bloomfield_Avenue/227585/

Found marriage of a John Milligan July/Sept.1904 Belfast registration district (volume 1 page 587) and matching details for Annie M'auley so above census entry looks very possibly Annie Maria.

Charles Macauley died 1902 so should be listed in 1901 census (due to be released later this year)-
"Probate of the Will of Charles Macauley late of 19 Chater-street Belfast Retired Sea Captain who died 31 October 1902 granted at Belfast to Anne Macaulay the Widow" Effects £340. Granted 11/5/1904.
www.proni.gov.uk

Added- No. 19 is the address for Ann with son Henry in 1911 census so that all fits (see above).
