Looking for OXFORD family lived in Glamorgan
« on: Friday 29 January 10 10:34 GMT (UK) »
I am looking for information about grandfather Thomas William OXFORD born 1880 in Wolverhampton. Also his brothers William (b.1875), Frederick (b.1887) and James (b.1894). A fairground family; father owned a travelling shooting gallery. No sign of them in the 1901 Census.
Last heard of in South Wales (Neath 1911, Fleur de Lis 1916, Milford Haven 1917 and Neath-Port Talbot 1919 onwards).
Thank you.

Hi have you checked the "Travelling People" section of this site? I am sure that there is the web address of a site that has census records for Travellers on there.

Best Wishes Bethan
