Missing Sister

I am looking for John Jepps b 1816 Hempstead
                              Mary Jepps b 1818 Hundon
                              John Jepps b 1841 Steeple Bumpstead
                              Mary Jepps b 1866 Hawick Roxburghshire Scotland
                              John Jepps b 1868 Middlesex

John b 1816, Mary b1818, Mary b1866, John b 1868 are on the 1871 Steeple Bumpsted census.
John b 1841 is living at  3 Union Place Chelsea in 1871(father of mary & John) There was also another sister Margaret b 1864 Hawick (my grt Grandmother) Iknow she moved back to the borders and was living with her mothers family (thier mother died october 1870)
Their father remarried and is on the 1881 census still living at union place Chelsea with his son John and an other son William b 1873 middlesex & his new wife Elizabeth.
What I can't figure out is what happened to John b1816 Mary b 1818 and Mary b 1866 she would only have been 15 so she couldn't have been married I supose it's possible that they all died between 1871 and 1881.
I just seem to have come to a dead end.
Don't know where else I can look.
