Devon and Somerset

Trying to find information on the marriage and birth of Samuel Hicks.  He was born about 1800 and had a son, Frances, born in July 1827.  He married Eleanor but I do not have the dates.  Any help appreciated

I have found three records for Cornwall, but need to know where Samuel was born please.

All I know is that the birth of their son Francis was in Bridgewater, Sonerset in 1827.  I can't find Samuel on the 1851 census and the 1841 does not specify which county he was born in.  Eleanor,according to the 1841 census must have been born about 1791 as she is older that Samuel.

I couldn't find any records in Devon or Somerset, however, four records found in Cornwall.
1) Samuel Hicks b. 8th Feb 1795 Liskeard cornwall.
    Father - John
    Mother - Grace.

2) Samuel Hicks b. 29th March 1795 Quethiock Cornwall
     Father Samuel
     Mother Mary

3)  Samuel Hicks b. 1801 21st January  Menheniot Cornwall
      Father George
      Mother Grace

4)   Samuel Hicks b. 22nd Aug 1802 St Columb Major Cornwall
      Father William
      Mother Elizabeth
