Seeking info on Jeremiah Robinson of the White House Appleby who died in January 1793. Especially info about his wife and children if any.

Appleby St Lawrence (S. Aisle). Obiit 21 January 1791 ætat. 50. Jeremiah Robinson Esqr one of the Benchers of the honourable Society of Gray's Inn, & Recorder of this Borough.

Yes that is exactly him!!
I am seeking info about his wife and children - can;t find any evidence that he had any, yet the family history written by two others before me cites him as our gt gt gt gt gt grandfather. One account says her name was Helen Wells, another Anne Thompson but can't prove either. We think he had five children three of them boys, one named Richard who was my gt gt gt gt gndfthr.
Any ideas gratefully accepted,

Cannot find anything about a wife or children except this:

I am looking for more information on the family of Jeremiah Robinson. The family lived in Appleby and were a prominent family. Jeremiah died 1793 on his estate. There are memorial windows in St Lawrence, Appleby, to the family going back generations. Richard, son of Jeremiah, came to Australia as a convict in 1813.

Spent today hunting on ancestry.com.uk and found only Jeremiah's baptism in Kendal Westmoreland.
Can you think of anywhere else I might try?
Wish I was good at this, am trying now to get a transcript of Richard Robinson's trial at Middlesex Old Bailey. Slowly slowly
