WOW !!

Check out the brilliant job Napier City Council have done with their new online cemeteries database.   

Wonderful photos .... location maps .... etc. etc. ....  and they've even displayed separately, the monumental inscriptions.

Just have to say, what a wonderful bonus it is to have photos of the grave along with the inscriptions.

Only wish my cousin was alive to have seen this online from the UK.

Some of my family are buried at Park Island and the records are not yet on line. When I contacted the napier City Council a while back to get detail, they were just fantastic. So helpful.
