William/Mary Monk. COMPLETED

Hi to everyone.

I am really struggling to find info re the family of William/Mary Monk.

I have the info from 1841 but I am hitting a brick wall before this.

William, born c1794 Ashton, Northants, married Mary ??????? in ???????. Mary was born c1798 in Haddon, Hunts. They are living in High street, Orton/Overton Waterville in 1841 census.

They produced three childer, those being Thomas, Jane and John.

Any help gratefully received.

There's no marriage in Hunts Marriage Index. I'd try a post on the Northants board asking for a look up in Northants Marriage Index

Hiya,

Yep, found the listing for Willim Monk, his parents, John & Mary, and also his 2 brothers and 2 sisters. Seems to tie in as William gives his birthplace as Ashton in the 1841 census.

Will post on the Northants forum as I would love to know the maiden names of Williams wife and his mother.
