BMD lookup Banbury

Hello

I am trying to identify two men from the Banbury WW2 Memorial, all I have is the initial, last name and date of death, as follows:

M O'Carroll 1956
E Pheasant 1953

I believe these are men, possibly civilians, who died of wounds after the war.  They are not listed on the Commonwealth War Graves site as this doesn't cover these years.

Can anyone check the deaths for these years and find me first names and possibly ages at death for these two men?  I assume death took place in Banbury.

I have checked on the freebmd.org.uk web site and found.
Edward W V Pheasant born 1934 Banbury district. Also found his parents Victor F G Pheasant married Emily D Hunt December quarter 1930 Banbury district.

Thanks Pauline, I had noted Edward as a possibility.  Do you have any access to the death records as I really need a match with the years of death to make positive identifications.
