Have you tried Griffiths Valuation of Ireland which is free, that was taken from the years 1858=1864 also Lindels site, Donegal Resources which has information for every Parish in Donegal

I am seeking some trace of Neal/Neil McLoughlin/McLaughlin from Inish-trahull island (just off Malin Head. Calculating born around 1810/20The only member of his family which I can trace is his Daughter Mary who married Michael Farren in 1878 with her age being (21).

Can't find Neal in Griffits valuation or neither can I find any of his children in BMD records. I extensively search NLI church records for both Clonca and Culdaff parishes and as Mary was born 1856/57 I looked at years around that time.
