A response to a PM
« on: Thursday 18 February 10 22:55 GMT (UK) »
Hello

I sent someone a PM and  received a response from them but the response only shows  my original message in a blue box as a quote and no other response

I am assuming that they couldn't actually send response  to my PM because they have not done three posts . Can anyone tell me if my assumption sounds correct ?

Regards PKH

Its a quirk of the pm system that in some cases when you press quote the message is sent immediately containing only the original quoted message in the blue box.

The sender may not be aware this has happened and it would probably be best to contact them again and explain what has happened.

Hi

When you get a pm and open it from the email notification - if you then click on INBOX and use the REPLY facility from there it avoids that problem
