Hi Doidy
I looked some years ago to find out more about the painting, but failed!  Something I shall have another go at very soon, as there is so much more information available on the internet now. I am adding all the info I find to the "Hicks" family tree on Ancestry, which should be public and viewable.  I will be in touch if I find out anything more
