The Wain/Wildin family (birth of Marjorie, 1921) I don't think are the right one - children in Burton from 1914 through to 1927 and a marriage in 1910, Arthur A. Wain to Emma Wildin.
The Wathen/Wildin family (birth of Joan M, 1921), appears to be Arthur F. Wathen to Alice E. B. Wildin in 1916.

 - details of the William J Hobbs family in Lasburn here - they married in Saskatchewan.  Mentions both William James and Dora died in Victoria.  There is a mention of "Bill" (I think Marjorie's husband) who was in the RCAF.

If you go a page back you'll see that (most of) the rest of William's family later joined them in Saskatchewan.

 - you can see Dora Alice Hobbs' death here; there are some people on the Canadian side who could take a look and see if she's listed as nee Wildin.

There's a family on a vessel arrived in Canada from England in April 1916:

Canadian citizens, headed for Lashburn Saskatchewan:

William James Hobbs 27 a miller, formerly a leather dresser born England
Dora Alice Hobbs 27 born England
Marjorie Dora Hobbs 3 6/12 born Canada
Phyllis Grace Hobbs   2 6/12 born Canada

William James Hobbs had lived in Canada for 6 years, Dora for 5.

There is another incoming Canadian passenger list that has William and Dora returning to Canada in Mar 1930. That passenger list indicates Dora was born in Southport, England and that she had been in Canada from 1911 to 1929. I've found her original arrival to Canada and she travelled then as Dora A Watkinson. The 1911 passenger list indicates she was coming to Canada to marry W. Hobbs and going to Lashburn, Saskatchewan.

This Dora Alice Hobbs is not Dora Wildin.
